2A:23-7. Laws not affected Nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed as a repeal of any of the provisions of the penal law or the criminal procedure law or of any other law of this state relating to criminal or quasi-criminal actions or proceedings. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
