2A:18-40. Execution out of Superior Court on docketed judgment 2A:18-40. Execution may issue on a judgment docketed as herein provided out of the Superior Court, with the same effect as to the real and personal property of the judgment debtor as if issued on a judgment originally obtained in the Superior Court other than in the Special Civil Part.
