2A:17-56.59 Availability of information to federal, state agencies. 10. All federal and state agencies conducting activities pursuant to the requirements of Title IV-D, shall have access directly or through the department to any system used by the Division of Motor Vehicles in the Department of Transportation and law enforcement agencies in the State to locate an individual.
