2A:17-56.30. Establishment, monitoring, evaluation of pilot project 4. The pilot project shall be established in Camden, Essex and Hudson counties. The commissioner shall monitor and evaluate the pilot project during the first year after its establishment and determine whether the use of private collection agencies should be used throughout the State. The commissioner shall also evaluate the feasibility of establishing a centralized data base which would coordinate the activities of the Department of Human Services and the Administrative Office of the Courts.
