2A:17-2. Record of execution against real estate Every writ of execution which shall be sued forth against real estate shall, before its delivery to the sheriff or other officer, be recorded in a book to be kept for that purpose by the clerk of the court out of which the same was issued. Such record so made shall be as good evidence as the writ itself. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
