2A:161A-6. Disciplinary action Failure to comply with any provisions of this act shall subject the law enforcement officer or other authorized person to administrative disciplinary action. Nothing in this section shall be construed as limiting such person's criminal liability pursuant to the laws of this State. L. 1985, c. 70, s. 6.
