2A:156A-19. Unlawful use, disclosure, third degree crime 19. Except as specifically authorized pursuant to this act any person who knowingly uses or discloses the existence of an order authorizing interception of a wire, electronic or oral communication or the contents of, or information concerning, an intercepted wire, electronic or oral communication or evidence derived therefrom, is guilty of a crime of the third degree.
