27:1B-19. Rules and regulations The commissioner is authorized to adopt such rules and regulations, in accordance with the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), as he deems necessary to effectuate the purposes of the act. L.1984, c. 73, s. 19, eff. July 10, 1984.
