27:16-67. Report as evidence of county's right to possession The report of the commission or a copy thereof certified by the county clerk or register of deeds and mortgages, as the case may be, or in case of an appeal, the judgment or a copy thereof certified by the clerk of the court, and proof of tender of the amount awarded, or payment thereof to the owner or into court, as the case may be, shall at all times be evidence of the right of the board of chosen freeholders to have, hold, use, occupy, possess and enjoy the real estate or interest therein for road or highway purposes.
