27:16-62. Report of commission; copies filed When an award is made under the provision of sections 27:16-54 to 27:16-68 of this title the commission shall make its report in writing to the board of chosen freeholders. It shall contain a description of every separate tract of real estate taken and the commission shall file a copy thereof in the office of the county clerk or register of deeds, as the case may be, within ten days after the signing thereof, there to be recorded in the record of deeds of the county, together with the proofs of the notices. A copy of the map accompanying the resolution of the board of chosen freeholders shall also be filed in the office where the record of deeds is kept.
