27:13-15. Supervision and control of work All work undertaken under this chapter by any county or municipality and approved by the State Highway Commissioner shall be done under the supervision and control of the State Highway Commissioner and no funds shall be disbursed except with, and upon, the approval of the State Highway Commissioner.
