27:12-6. Consummation of agreements made before December 4, 1933 Any agreement made prior to December fourth, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, between the commission and a municipality concerning the purchase, sale or exchange of lands may be consummated by the commissioner with the nominee of such municipality upon such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon between the commissioner and such municipality.
