26:6-76 Rules, regulations. 9. The commissioner shall adopt rules and regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) to carry out the purposes of this act. The regulations may specify qualifications for personnel, including the medical director, employed at an anatomical research recovery organization and standards related to recovery of human bodies or parts.
