26:6-60.2 Maintenance of records by hospital relative to anatomical gifts. 2. A hospital shall maintain, as part of a patient's permanent record, the information required under this act and any other pertinent information concerning the anatomical gift which will facilitate the discharge of the patient's wishes in the event of the patient's death.
