26:3B-9. Authority of local boards of health or other bodies not limited hereby; interstate carriers Nothing in this act shall be construed to prohibit or limit the authority otherwise granted by statute to any local board of health or other body to regulate or control objects or conditions described or referred to in this act, nor shall the provisions of this act apply to vehicles operated by interstate carriers.
