26:2K-62. Suspension of agreement 3. A county emergency management coordinator may, by express order, suspend operation of the provisions of any agreement entered into pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1993, c.58 (C.26:2K-61) by municipalities in the county, upon declaration of an emergency pursuant to P.L.1942, c.251 (C.App.A:9-33 et seq.) or any regulation promulgated thereunder.
