26:2H-5.23 Rules, regulations. 7. The Commissioners of Health and Human Services shall adopt rules and regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) to carry out the purposes of this act. L.2007, c.236, s.7; amended 2012, c.17, s.168.
