26:2H-46. Receiver; compensation; bond The court shall allow from the revenues of the home a reasonable amount of compensation for the expenditures and services of a receiver appointed under the provisions of this act. The receiver so appointed may be required to furnish a bond, the amount and form of which shall be approved by the court. The cost of such bond shall be paid for by the home.
