26:2C-20. Review Review of any final decision or action by the department shall be by procedure in lieu of prerogative writs. Review of the validity of any code, rule or regulation promulgated by the department shall likewise be by procedure in lieu of prerogative writs. L.1954, c. 212, p. 787, s. 20.
