26:2B-9.3 Regulations. 3. The Director of the Division of Addiction Services in the Department of Health and Senior Services shall promulgate regulations pursuant to the provisions of the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) necessary to effectuate the provisions of this act. The regulations shall include, but not be limited to, the following: a. Criteria for grantee eligibility; b. The form and manner in which application for grants from the fund shall be made; and c. The treatment services and treatment recipients for which grant funds may be expended. L.2001,c.48,s.3.
