26:1A-37.9. Acceptance of grants, gifts 5. The council is authorized and empowered to accept from the State government, or any instrumentality thereof, or from any person, firm, or corporation in the name of and for the State, services, equipment, supplies, materials or funds by way of gift or grant for the purpose of physical fitness.
