24:6F-2. Pharmacist; dispensing; immunity from penalty or disciplinary action; affixation of label to container No duly registered pharmacist shall be subject to any penalty or disciplinary action by any State agency or private professional organization for dispensing, upon receipt of a prescription, amygdalin, provided that the pharmacist shall affix to the container containing amygdalin a label which shall contain the following statement: "Amygdalin has not been approved as a treatment or cure of any malignancy, disease, illness or physical condition by the United States Food and Drug Administration."
