24:16B-34. Registration of labels, marks Primary and secondary licensees shall register a facsimile copy of all names, labels, marks, brands, trade names or identification used on animal carcasses, parts thereof, meat or meat food products or animal food products with the secretary upon forms to be provided and upon compliance with regulations prescribed by the board. The secretary shall cause to be set up a registry of such names, labels, marks, brands, trade names or other identifications for animal carcasses, parts thereof, meat or meat food products or animal food products.
