24:15-14 Fee for license or inspection. 2. Where no other fee is provided by law or regulation, the commissioner may in accordance with a fee schedule adopted by the department as a rule or regulation establish and charge reasonable fees for any service performed in the licensing and inspection of any premises coming within the provisions of this chapter.
