23:4-38.2. Trap of conibear or killer type; restriction on use No trap of the conibear or killer type shall be used in trapping unless such trap is submerged under water in accordance with rules and regulations promulgated by the Department of Environmental Protection. L.1971, c. 405, s. 3.
