21:1B-10. Rules, regulations and orders of superintendent of state police; continuance a. All rules and regulations promulgated by the Superintendent of State Police relating to such places of employment shall remain in full force and effect until they are superseded by rules and regulations promulgated by the Commissioner of Labor and Industry. b. All orders of the Superintendent of State Police shall be continued in full force and effect unless modified or disapproved by the Commissioner of Labor and Industry; provided, however, that no order may be modified or disapproved with regard to an installation in existence on the effective date of this act except where such installation creates a hazardous condition that endangers the public.
