19:9-4. Distribution of supplies by county clerks Where such supplies prepared either by the secretary of state or the county clerk shall be required in a municipality the county clerk shall deliver the same to a member of the district board at his office, or in any other way that he sees fit, on or before the time they are so required and take a receipt for the same, which receipt shall indicate the time when the supplies were delivered by the county clerk and the time when they were received by such member. The county clerk shall file such receipt in his office for at least one year.
