18A:9-1. Classification of school districts 18A:9-1. School districts shall be classified as type I and type II school districts, except that the State board may, by administrative order pursuant to its authority under section 15 of P.L. 1975, c. 212 (C. 18A:7A-15), create a State-operated school district.
