18A:7A-43 Tenure rights. 10. Except as otherwise provided in this amendatory and supplementary act, any person serving under tenure or permanent civil service status shall retain all tenure rights and may continue to serve in the district pursuant to the provisions of this section. However, they shall perform only such duties as prescribed in the improvement plan which has been approved by the commissioner and those duties for which they may be appropriately certified.
