18A:74-3.3 Distribution of funds for audiovisual services. 2. Thomas Edison State College, after consultation with the State Librarian, shall annually, within the limitations of amounts appropriated by the Legislature, distribute funds pursuant to rules and regulations adopted according to N.J.S.18A:74-1 et seq., for audiovisual public library services.
