18A:73-38 Hours of operation of State Library. 23. The State Library shall be kept open during the normal working hours of State Government and at all times during which the Legislature and the courts of this State and of the United States which sit at Trenton are in session, and at such other times as the State Librarian, with the approval of the President of Thomas Edison State College, shall prescribe.
