18A:72N-2 Selection of scholar, practitioner to fill chair. 2. Subject to available appropriations, the Center for the American Woman and Politics at the Eagleton Institute of Politics at Rutgers, The State University shall select an outstanding scholar or practitioner to fill the chair under such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon.
