18A:72J-2 Martin Luther King Physician-Dentist Scholarships. 2. There are created the Martin Luther King Physician-Dentist Scholarships which shall be maintained by the State and awarded and administered pursuant to this act to students from disadvantaged or minority backgrounds enrolled in the Rutgers University School of Dentistry.
