18A:72A-47 Annual report. 10. The Secretary of Higher Education shall annually submit a report to the Governor and the Legislature on the higher education equipment purchases at public and private institutions of higher education which have been approved by the secretary and financed by the New Jersey Educational Facilities Authority pursuant to lease agreements with the institutions.
