18A:72A-12.1. Investment or reinvestment of funds All functions, powers and duties relating to the investment or reinvestment of funds within the jurisdiction of the authority including the purchase, sale or exchange of any investments or securities may, at the request of the authority, be exercised and performed by the director of the Division of Investment, in accordance with written directions of the authority signed by an authorized officer.
