18A:71C-46 Recruitment. 18A:71C-46. Recruitment. The executive director or designee and the Commissioner of Health and Senior Services, in cooperation with their designated agent, shall together establish a procedure for the recruitment of program applicants at medical and dental schools and health centers. The procedure shall provide for the participation of the medical and dental staff, as appropriate, of those facilities in the selection of appropriate applicants for the program. L.1999,c.46,s.1.
