18A:71A-7 Limitation of liability, conflict of interest, compensation. 18A:71A-7. Limitation of Liability, Conflict of Interest, Compensation. a. The personal liability of members of the board, which shall be a public entity under the "New Jersey Tort Claims Act," N.J.S.59:1-1 et seq., shall be limited to the extent permitted by N.J.S.59:1-1 et seq., this act, and other applicable New Jersey law. b. Each member of the board shall comply with the "New Jersey Conflicts of Interest Law," P.L.1971, c.182 (C.52:13D-12 et seq.). c. The members of the board shall receive no compensation for their services, but shall be reimbursed for their actual expenses necessarily incurred in the performance of their duties. L.1999,c.46,s.1.
