18A:71-40.2. C. Clyde Ferguson Law Scholarships; created There are created C. Clyde Ferguson Law Scholarships which shall be maintained by the State and awarded and administered pursuant to this act to students from disadvantaged or minority backgrounds enrolled in the Minority Student Program at Rutgers School of Law-Newark, and enrolled in the Rutgers School of Law-Camden and Seton Hall University School of Law.
