18A:66-53.3. Limitation on additional death benefit coverage No member who enrolls on or after July 1, 1971 for the additional death benefit coverage provided by section 18A:66-53 shall be eligible for the benefits described in subsections f. and g. of the said section if such member retires with less than 10 years of participation in the program.
