18A:65-46. Board of managers of agricultural experiment station; number; appointment; terms; vacancies The board of managers of the New Jersey agricultural experiment station shall consist of the president of the university, the director of the New Jersey agricultural experiment station and the secretary of agriculture ex officio and of one member appointed from the residents in each county in the state, who shall be appointed by the board of governors for terms of three years, beginning on July 1 and ending on June 30, in such manner that so far as practicable the various agricultural and other institutions served by the station shall be represented thereby and vacancies in the appointed membership shall be filled in the same manner but for the unexpired terms only.
