18A:65-32. Annual report; contents; filing The corporation shall, annually on or before July 31, file in the office of the secretary of state a report (a) of the election and appointment of the, and the names and residences of the, members of the board of governors and of the board of trustees, and (b) of the election and appointment of the executive officers of the corporation, including the president, provost, vice president if any, secretary, assistant secretaries, treasurer and assistant treasurers, and the comptroller and assistant comptroller, at the time in office.
