18A:65-14.5 Annual certified public reporting process of Rutgers; auditing mechanisms. 25. a. The board of governors of Rutgers, The State University shall establish an annual certified public reporting process of the finances of Rutgers, The State University in order to measure the flow of resources across the campuses of the university. b. The State Auditor shall develop auditing mechanisms to measure the allocation and transfer of resources across campuses including methods to account for inter-campus joint ventures, and shall annually report on the results of those mechanisms after receiving the report of Rutgers, The State University.
