18A:65-14.3 Appropriations to Rutgers University-Newark. 22. State support for the continuing operations of programs operated by Rutgers University-Newark prior to the effective date of P.L.2012, c.45 (C.18A:64M-1 et al.), including support for fringe benefit costs, shall be appropriated by the Legislature directly to Rutgers University-Newark.
