18A:65-102 Transfer of monies, personnel. 148. All monies including, but not limited to, grants, appropriations, capital improvement expenditures, research funds, State-funded personnel, institutional support, and grants-in-aid, previously allocated or otherwise provided to the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey for the use of Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, regardless of source, which remain unexpended on the effective date of P.L.2012, c.45 (C.18A:64M-1 et al.) shall be transferred to Rutgers, The State University.
