18A:64J-32. Peer review panel The commission shall, as soon as is practicable, appoint a peer review panel to: a. Verify the need for the establishment of the center; b. Recommend the best configuration for the center; and c. Recommend the appropriate funding levels for the construction and operation of the center. The peer review panel shall present its report to the commission for its review and consideration. L. 1985, c. 366, s. 4.
