18A:64A-28.3. Executive director The council shall employ an executive director, who shall be responsible for the administration of all the activities of the council including staff services and shall promote the educational quality of the county community colleges. The executive director shall serve at the pleasure of the council. The salary of the executive director and all other personnel shall be determined by the council. L.1989,c.141,s.7.
