18A:64-66. Conformance to specifications No bid shall be accepted which does not conform to the specifications furnished therefor. Nothing contained in this article shall be construed as depriving any State college of the right to reject all bids. L. 1986, c. 43, s. 15, eff. July 9, 1986.
