18A:6-91.5. Environmental Education Fund created 5. The Environmental Education Fund is established as a nonlapsing revolving fund in the Department of Environmental Protection. The fund shall be administered by the commission, and shall be credited with all moneys appropriated by this act and with grant moneys or any other revenue obtained by the commission for the purpose of environmental education. Interest received on moneys in the fund shall be credited to the fund. L.1995,c.409,s.5.
