18A:59-6. Custodian of funds The state treasurer is hereby appointed custodian of all money paid to the state from appropriations under said act of congress. He shall receive and provide for the proper custody thereof. He shall disburse such money upon the warrant of the director of the division of budget and accounting in the department of the treasury when such disbursement has been certified by the state board.
