18A:58-37.14 Rules. 7. The State Board of Education shall promulgate rules pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), to effectuate the provisions of this act in a manner that comports with the provisions of the State and federal Constitutions, including a list of allowable expenditures for security services, equipment, or technology to ensure a safe and secure school environment for nonpublic school students.
